"Delivery was much slower than expected"
I ordered some ink thinking it would show up within a few days, but it ended up taking way longer than I expected. The tracking updates weren’t very helpful either, so I was basically just waiting around wondering where it was. I’m not sure if there was some issue at the warehouse or if it just sat somewhere for a while, but it definitely felt like something got delayed behind the scenes. The ink itself might be totally fine, but the shipping experience was frustrating enough that I probably wouldn’t order from them again.

"Cartridge started streaking right away"
I bought one of these remanufactured cartridges and it started printing with streaks almost immediately. I ran the cleaning cycle a few times thinking it might fix it, but it didn’t really help. That part was weird because it seemed like it should’ve at least improved a little. felt like a waste of money, and I probably won’t order these again.

"Said it was compatible, but it didn’t work for me"
I ordered this cartridge because it was listed as compatible with my printer, but once I tried to install it, it just didn’t fit right. I kept getting an error message and spent way too long taking it out, putting it back in, and trying to get the printer to recognize it. In the end, I still couldn’t print anything. Really frustrating experience, and I don’t think I’d order this again.

"The ink itself was totally fine..."
The ink itself was totally fine, no complaints there. But the delivery took way longer than they said it would, which was frustrating because I was waiting on it for my home printer. The tracking barely updated, so I ended up having to check around and chase it down myself. Kind of annoying, especially since this isn’t the first time it’s happened.

They did help me get things sorted out in the end, but the replies took longer than I would’ve liked. I can’t say it was a great experience, but it worked out eventually.

"Never Heard Back From Customer Service"
I reached out to them a couple of times and just never got a response. I don’t know, it left a bad feeling. Super frustrating overall.

"Way worse packaging than I’m used to"
My ink arrived in a smashed-up box with barely any padding inside. One of the cartridges was even leaking a little. I’ve ordered ink from other places before and it’s usually packed much better than this, so this felt really careless. Whatever happens with support, I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.

"Ink quality was kind of a letdown"
It worked fine at first, so I thought it was going to be okay, but after a few days the prints started coming out really faded. I don’t know if I just got a bad one or... yeah, the quality just wasn’t great for me.

"Coupons weren’t much help"
I was in a bit of a rush and checked inkjetsuperstore.com hoping to quickly find a decent coupon, but most of the codes I tried were either expired or just didn’t work. The sale prices were alright, I guess, but once shipping was added, it didn’t feel like I was saving much at all. Disappointing when you’re trying to check out fast and still get a deal.

"A bit disappointing in the end"
I ordered some ink thinking it would be a quick, simple purchase, and at first everything seemed normal. The package arrived fine and I didn’t think much of it until I realized I needed to send it back. That’s where things started getting annoying. The return process wasn’t very smooth, the refund took way longer than I expected, and every time I reached out to support, the replies were super short and not very helpful. After dealing with all that, I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.

"Rewards ended up messing up my plans"
I was disappointed with the rewards program. I had been saving up points to use on a trip, but they expired way faster than I expected, so that plan kind of fell apart. When I reached out to support, the answers were vague and didn’t really help. Just frustrating, especially when I thought the loyalty perks would actually come in handy.

"Started off fine, then got frustrating fast"
I ordered some ink and at first I figured, no big deal, it’ll update soon. But then the tracking just never moved at all. I emailed them twice and got zero response, which flipped me from patient to annoyed real quick. I was basically left guessing where my package was the whole time. Not a great experience

"Still waiting on a real fix"
I had an issue with my order and thought it would be straightforward to sort out, but the replies from support took a while and didn’t really help much. It kind of felt like they weren’t fully reading what I was saying, because I had to keep explaining the same thing over and over.

In the end, it still didn’t get fixed the way I expected, which was really frustrating after all that back and forth. Maybe other people have had better experiences, but for me it felt like they could’ve handled it with a bit more care.

I bought this expecting it to last somewhere close to the listed page yield, but it ran out much sooner than I thought it would and I wasn’t printing anything crazy, just normal everyday stuff, so it was disappointing to have to replace it again so quickly

I ordered a few ink cartridges and felt annoyed when one showed up with a small leak and another didn’t print properly at first. It’s never a great feeling when something you’re counting on doesn’t work straight away. That said, support replied and sent out a replacement, which made me feel a lot better about the whole thing. It wasn’t a perfect experience, but the way they handled it was fair, so I’d probably order from them again

I found some of the ink prices to be fair, but... a few weren’t really that much cheaper than what I saw on other sites. The value is decent if you manage to catch a good deal, but the shipping cost made it feel a little less worth it for me

"Website was a bit of a hassle"
I was trying to order ink, and the website felt kind of clunky to me. The search pulled up what seemed like way too many unrelated results, so it probably took me longer than it should’ve to find the right cartridge for my printer.

Checkout did work in the end, but the pages were loading slowly, and I think I had to go back a few times because the filters didn’t seem to save. It wasn’t the worst site I’ve used, but it definitely didn’t feel very easy or smooth.

I was hoping to grab the ink for my printer, but I couldn’t find the one I needed. The selection just felt kind of limited, at least for my model, so... yeah, not much I could really do there.

“I had ordered toner cartridges from them and did get relatively good OEM products, First time I ordered ink jet cartridge and got one bad out of 6 colours. And I cannot reach their support at all. I suppose it is a legit company but absolutely no customer service.”
